- FRFinola RaffertyNov 11, 20241.0Please avoid boots hearing. Supposed to pick up my husbands hearing aids but they rang to cancel on the same day. I phoned to rebook but couldnt get an appointment for another two weeks. Spoke to the complaints department who then told me that the impressions had been lost and we would need to have them done again. Got my money back the total cost would have been £1300.50 plus you have to speak to their rude staff in North Wales to do the booking
